What we collect

When you submit a form on this site (the contact form, a building inquiry, a commercial or Mandarin Oriental inquiry, or a message about a listing), we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and any details you provide, such as your message, the building or listing you asked about, and your budget or timeline if the form asks for it. If you check the box to receive text messages and calls, we record that choice with your inquiry. We also record the page you sent the form from and your page language, and we label each inquiry with the website it came from, your language, and your country when the form asks for it.

This information is sent to our customer relationship management (CRM) system, Rechat, and to our email, which is delivered through the Web3Forms form service. To send it to Rechat, your browser loads Rechat's lead-capture code (served from unpkg.com) when you start filling in a form, and sends your details to Rechat when you submit it.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if requested, to send you real estate materials such as market reports and buyer guides. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share it with Rechat and Web3Forms only to store and deliver your inquiry.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. These tools may use cookies. You can opt out via your browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.

Virtual assistant

Our website has a virtual assistant named Maya. Maya is not a person and not an AI model: it searches a library of pre-written answers prepared from public building documents and our own research, and it does not give legal, financial, or investment advice. Its answers may be incomplete or out of date, so please confirm important details with the building's association or with us.

Maya runs in your browser. What you type to Maya in the chat is not sent to us, unless it is a question Maya cannot answer (see below) or you use the follow-up form described in the last paragraph. When Maya cannot answer a question, the text of that question may be saved, together with the language, the building page you were viewing, and the date, but without your name, email address, phone number, IP address, or any cookie or other identifier. We use these saved questions only to improve Maya's answers, and we delete them after 180 days without use. Please do not type personal information into Maya. If a question appears to contain an email address, phone number, or link, it is not saved.

If you would like to speak with a person, you can call us, use the contact form, or choose "Have Carlos or Lina follow up" in Maya. If you use that button and send the form, Maya sends the details you enter (your name, email address and optional phone number), your last question to Maya, the page you were viewing, and whether you checked the box to receive texts and calls, to Rechat, the customer relationship management service our brokerage uses, and to us by email through Web3Forms, so that Carlos or Lina can follow up. Maya does not send these details anywhere else and does not store them in the library of unanswered questions described above.
