Two Tequesta Point was completed in 1997 and is the middle tower of the Tequesta Point complex. At 44 floors with 272 units, it’s a sizable building with a mature owner community and a track record of stable values over nearly three decades.

Two Tequesta Point is worth serious consideration for buyers who are priced out of the newer buildings but want the Brickell Key address. It’s one of the few buildings here where you can find quality units at a price-per-SF that makes investment math work.

The building is older — buyers should do a thorough review of the reserve fund, any pending special assessments, and the Milestone Inspection status (required for Florida condos over 30 years old). We always recommend a full inspection and financial due diligence on older buildings.
