Courts offers a broad amenity package — including tennis courts, racquetball and squash courts, and a game room — at one of the more accessible price points on Brickell Key.

For investors focused purely on yield, Courts often offers strong cap rates on the island. Tenant demand is consistent, turnover is manageable, and the entry price makes the numbers work more cleanly than in some of the higher-end buildings.
