Three Tequesta Point is the largest of the three Tequesta Point towers and one of the most complete buildings on Brickell Key in terms of amenities. Completed in 2003, it features 302 residences across 48 floors, with layouts ranging from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom configurations.

The building has a strong community feel — partly because its size supports a full amenity package including a tennis court, which is rare on Brickell Key. Views include Biscayne Bay to the east and the Miami skyline to the west.

It’s not the newest building on the island, but it’s been well-maintained and offers strong value relative to Asia or Carbonell at comparable square footage.

It’s also a great entry point for first-time Brickell Key buyers — the price range is wider than most buildings here, and there are genuinely good 2-bedroom units available at prices that make sense for investors.
